Training of the adductor muscle of the thigh
The adductor muscle is a group of muscles located in the middle (inner) of the thigh. They start from the bottom of the hip bone and run along the inner thigh all the way to the inner femur. The pubic muscle is the most powerful adductor muscle.

Its main function is to adduct and retract the thighs back to the midline of the body. The gracilis muscle is attached between the pubis and tibia. It shapes the shape of the inner thigh, but its strength is relatively weak. It has effects on both the knees and hips. There are three muscles specifically referred to as the "adductor muscle": the greater adductor muscle, the shorter adductor muscle, and the longer adductor muscle.

They grow along the inner thigh, starting from the anterior pubic region of the pelvis and connecting to the middle of the femur. The greater adductor muscle is the largest of the three and can cover the entire inner thigh. The main function of the adductor muscle is to adduct the hip joint (pulling towards the midline), but often it also participates in rotating the hip joint. The pubic and gracilis muscles rotate inward, while the adductor magnus and adductor brevis muscles rotate outward. When there is a heavy object on the leg, all adductors can serve as stabilizing muscles for the leg and also stabilize the pelvis.
